Project Prep
Upon booking you'll receive our comprehensive project questionnaire, which will guide you in defining your brand and project goals. You'll also complete an inspiration board exercise.
Primary Logo
Three logo design concepts will be handcrafted, and your chosen favorite will be refined further as needed. The end result is a bespoke logo that perfectly embodies your unique brand.
Secondary Logos
Two additional brand marks will be created as derivatives of the primary logo design. They can serve as an alternate layout, watermark, monogram, etc. These designs add versatility to your branding while maintaining consistency.
COLOR PALETTE
A compelling color scheme will be selected to represent your brand. CMYK, RGB, and HEX color information will be provided as well as usage suggestions for each color.
Font System
A listing of the typefaces used in your project will be provided along with suggested usage and links to free download or purchase, if licensed.
CURATED MOOD BOARD
A collection of imagery that represents the overall look and feel of your brand will be organized into a striking mood board, which will help define the direction of your brand designs.
Custom Pattern
A branded pattern will be designed with a seamless layout allowing for a multitude of creative uses, such as an accent in your packaging design, collateral, website, etc.
Brand Style Guide
At then end of your project, you'll receive an extensive multi-page PDF detailing all of your brand design elements. It will serve as a reference guide for ensuring your branding is always implemented correctly to maintain consistency.
Brand Mockups
You'll receive fun photo-realistic mockups to help you visualize how your designs would appear in various real life scenarios.
Business Card Design
We'll design a stylish business card that conveys professionalism and showcases your contact information in an impactful way. *Printing available as a project add-on.
5x7 Card Design
Will be set up as either a thank you card or an all-purpose note card. You'll delight your clients with handwritten messages on your own branded cards. *Printing available as a project add-on.
Social Media Graphics
You'll receive a 1:1 profile graphic, Facebook cover, four Instagram story highlight covers, and three editable social media post template designs.
HTML Email Signature
Impress your clients by extending your branding to your email communications. We'll design and code a custom signature and provide instructions for how to add it to your preferred email application.
Brand Launch Graphics
You’re going to be so excited to unveil your new look to the world! We’ll help you do it in style by providing complimentary graphics to share on social media announcing the launch of your amazing new branding!

Design Process
Our in-depth collaborative approach has been proven successful for over a decade. It allows us to fully understand your project needs and offer design solutions that deliver results.
We'll schedule an intro call to discuss the specifics of your project and answer all your questions. Once you're ready to move forward with booking, we'll send over a contract and deposit invoice so you can officially reserve your spot on our schedule.
After booking, you'll get started on our project questionnaire, inspiration board exercise, and finalizing your website content. These tasks will need to be completed by your project's scheduled start date, and we'll provide guidance along the way.
Once your project's scheduled start date arrives, we'll progress through design phases in the following order: brand identity, website, collateral. You'll be presented with detailed mockups for each and have the opportunity to request refinements as needed.
We'll transfer your website to your domain and provide a personalized tutorial video. We'll also deliver all your project's finalized design files, including complimentary promotional graphics you can share with your audience to announce your new look!
